What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems (QMS). More than a million of the world's best organizations use the ISO 9001 quality management system. The standard provides a management framework to improve business practices and help you provide services and products that meet - and possibly exceed - your customers' expectations.

Certification shows that you follow international best practices and that you can trust them to do business. Which helps you get on "preferred supplier" lists. Not all certifications are created equal. You need to make sure that your certificate is issued by an accredited body.
